Treat people with respect
Harassment, threats, fraud, hate speech, discriminatory conduct, and spam are not allowed. Keep marketplace messages focused, civil, and relevant to the transaction.
Keep listings lawful and honest
Do not offer counterfeit cards, pirated material, illegal goods, stolen content, or items described in a misleading way.
Do not bypass the platform
Do not use Keres to divert users to outside payments, off-platform sales, or other activity intended to avoid the marketplace process.
Reviews and communication
Feedback and communication should be based on genuine transaction experiences. Do not manipulate reviews, impersonate other users, or use public channels to disclose sensitive personal information.
Reports and enforcement
Report a suspicious listing or user to support with the relevant order or listing details. Keres may review reports and take proportionate action, but does not guarantee a particular outcome in every case.
