Terms of Service
The current baseline terms for using the Keres marketplace before legal review.

Eligibility
You may use Keres only if you can legally enter into these terms in your jurisdiction and can provide accurate account and transaction information.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Tell support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Listing rules
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and availability of their listings, including card condition, language, edition, images, and grading details.
Transaction relationship
Buyers and sellers are responsible for their transaction with one another. Keres provides the marketplace workflow and may apply platform rules, but does not become the owner of listed cards.
Payments and platform role
Payment processing is handled through the configured payment provider. Payment confirmation, order fulfillment, cancellations, and any manual issue review follow the platform’s current workflow and applicable payment-provider rules.
Order cancellation
Only eligible unpaid orders can be cancelled through the buyer order area. Paid orders are not eligible for self-service cancellation and may instead be subject to the current refund and dispute review process.
Refunds and disputes
Keres may review eligible buyer refund requests and platform disputes manually. An administrator’s approval for manual refund handling is not confirmation that Stripe or any payment provider has issued a refund.
Platform fees
Any applicable platform fees, payment-provider charges, and their presentation are subject to the final reviewed terms and the transaction flow shown before a user proceeds.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use Keres for fraud, abuse, harassment, illegal goods, counterfeit cards, deceptive listings, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass the platform’s transaction flow.
Account restrictions and termination
Keres may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when it reasonably believes an account or listing breaches these terms, creates a safety risk, or is required to do so by law or a payment provider.
Disclaimers
The marketplace is provided on an as-available basis. Card condition, authenticity, delivery, and seller performance can involve risks that are not eliminated by using the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Keres’s liability is limited as described in the final reviewed terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These baseline terms may be updated as the platform and its legal requirements develop. The final terms must identify the legal entity, address, governing law, and support contact shown below.
