KERES
Privacy Policy
The current baseline description of how Keres handles marketplace and account information before legal review.
Last updated: Jul 23, 2026
Information we collect
Keres may collect account details, profile information, listing details, order records, and the information needed to operate the marketplace and respond to support requests.
Messages, reports, and case information
Marketplace messages, reports, refund or dispute descriptions, and related evidence references may be processed when needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, and review a transaction issue.
Payment information
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Keres does not state that it directly stores full payment-card details; Stripe processes payment information according to its own services and notices.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and server-side session mechanisms needed for authentication, security, preferences, and core marketplace operation.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure accounts, operate listings and orders, communicate about marketplace activity, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal or payment-provider requirements.
How information is shared
Information may be shared with the other party to a transaction, payment providers, infrastructure and service providers, and authorities where required by law. Sharing should be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Data retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, meet record-keeping obligations, resolve issues, and protect the platform. Final retention periods require legal review for the relevant jurisdiction.
Your privacy rights
Applicable law may give you rights over personal information. Keres does not currently provide a self-service deletion or export portal; contact support to raise a privacy request while the process is being finalized.
Children’s privacy
Keres is not designed for users who cannot legally use the service in their jurisdiction. The final reviewed policy must describe any age-related requirements for the relevant markets.
Cross-border processing
Marketplace infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. The final policy must describe the safeguards required for the applicable markets.
Logs and security information
We may process logs, device and browser signals, session events, and security records to protect accounts, investigate abuse, and maintain service reliability.
Contact and policy review
Use the support contact below for privacy questions. This baseline policy must be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before public launch for the company’s jurisdiction and target markets.
